We provide worldwide shipping, including the United States, Europe, and other international regions. Orders are normally processed within 1–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
United States: USD $5 shipping, free shipping on orders of USD $99 or more. Estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days after shipment.
Europe: USD $14 shipping, free shipping on orders of USD $149 or more. Estimated delivery time is usually 8–18 business days after shipment.
Other worldwide regions: USD $18 shipping. Estimated delivery time is usually 10–25 business days after shipment.
Tracking information may take 48–72 hours to update after shipment. U.S. domestic orders generally do not require customs duties, while customs duties or import taxes outside the United States are the customer’s responsibility.

Customers may submit a return request within 30 days after receiving the order. Returned items must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in resalable condition with original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, and included parts.
If the return is due to customer reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is caused by our verified error, damaged arrival, or defective product, we may provide a replacement, refund, prepaid return label, or return shipping reimbursement.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery at care@holdbelt.com with your order number, photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and are usually processed within 7 business days after approval. Final posting time may vary depending on Stripe, PayPal, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

SIZING GUIDELINES AND SUGGESTIONS:
– If you have an existing belt to measure, please measure it from where the leather bends around the buckle to your most used hole. This will be the size that you need to order. Do NOT measure to the tip of the belt. Please see pictures for example. This sizing suggestion may not work properly with reversible buckles or large rodeo-style buckles. If you are in question, please send us a photo of your belt beside a measuring tape and we will help you.
– Do NOT go by any size stamped inside your belt. Unfortunately, different makers size belts differently. Please measure your belt as suggested above.
– In general, your belt size will be 2-3 inches greater than your waist size. Pant size is not always accurate, so it is best to run a measuring tape through your belt loops and pull it as tightly as you would wear a belt. Then add the 2-3 inches to this measurement.
– If you are ordering the belt to wear with low rise pants, do not go by your waist size. Be sure to size it to fit around the part of your body below your waist.
-All of our belts are sized by measuring from where the leather meets the buckle to the center holes to give adjust both directions. Our belts now have 6 holes with the two center holes corresponding to the size you order.

This item is handmade to order. Please allow 3-5 days for processing. Usually, items ship quicker than stated but depends on the current order load.
